Diplomová práce se zabývá především derogací, tedy zrušením právní normy. V souvislosti s tím pojednává také o souvisejících právních problémech jako o podstatě právní normy samotné, její působnosti a intertemporalitě práva. Abstract:
The diploma thesis tackles the issue of derogation, i.e. abolition of a legal norm. With regard to derogation, the thesis also deals with other related legal problems such as the very nature of a legal norm, its effectiveness and legal intertemporality.
