Modern payment instruments

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na moderní platební produkty, které v České republice můžeme využívat k úhradě závazků a také k placení za zboží a služby. Úvodní část se zabývá informacemi o bezhotovostní ekonomice a bezhotovostních platbách, jejich stručným popisem, výčtu druhů a výhodách, případně nevýhodách. V práci nechybí ani stručný popis okamžitých plateb a plateb, které probíhají přes nebankovní instituce. Nejdůležitější část v práci tvoří informace o mobilních peněženkách. Práce analyzuje využití mobilních peněženek v České republice a také data z bank o tom, kolik klientů těchto bank používá mobilní peněženky. Práce porovnává tato data s celkovým počtem klientů jednotlivých bank. Pozornost je věnována také problémům spojeným s nemocí způsobenou virem SARS-CoV-2 při placení chytrými zařízeními.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on modern payment products that we can use in the Czech Republic to pay liabilities and also to pay for goods and services. The introductory part deals with information about the cashless economy and cashless payments, their brief description, list of types and advantages, or disadvantages. In addition, it also includes a brief description of instant payments and payments that take place through non-banking institutions. The most important part is the one with information about mobile wallets. The bachelor thesis analyzes the use of mobile wallets in the Czech Republic as well as bank data on how many clients of these banks use mobile wallets. The bachelor thesis also compares this data with the total number of clients of individual banks. Particular attention is also paid to problems associated with the disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus when paying with smart devices.
