Tato bakalářská práce byla zpracována v letech 2016/2017 na Ústavu vinohradnictví a vinařství, na Zahradnické fakultě Mendelovy univerzity v Brně. Cílem práce bylo prostudovat dostupné studie prospěšných látek v semenech révy vinné. Zaměřili jsme se na obsah antioxidačních komponent.
