Identifying barriers between the lecturer and participants in corporate education

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá komunikačními bariérami mezi lektorem a účastníky firemního vzdělávání. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda mezi lektorem a účastníky vzdělávání vznikají komunikační bariéry a zda při využívání didaktických pomůcek jich je při vzdělávacím procesu podstatně méně. Teoretická část je věnována komunikaci, druhům komunikace, komunikačním bariérám. Následně charakterizuje lektora a jeho kompetence, které jsou nezbytné pro jeho profesi. Další kapitoly obsahují didaktické pomůcky, které lektor využívá ve vzdělávání a poslední kapitola teoretické části se zabývá firemním vzděláváním. Praktická část má za cíl zjistit, jaké bariéry vznikají mezi lektorem a účastníky firemního vzdělávání a zda užívání didaktických pomůcek ovlivňuje míru bariér. To je zkoumáno kvantitativní metodou - dotazníkovým šetřením. Výsledky průzkumu jsou analyzovány v praktické části prostřednictvím grafů. Práci autorka zjišťovala za pomocí čtyř dílčích cílů, jejichž odezvy jsou rozepsány v souhrnu výsledků.

Abstract:

This paper examines the communication barriers between the instructor and the participants in corporate training. The aim of the study is to determine whether communication barriers arise between the lecturer and the trainees and whether they are significantly less when using didactic tools in the learning process. The theoretical part is devoted to communication, types of communication, communication barriers. Then it characterizes the lecturer and her competences, which are necessary for his profession. The next chapters contain didactic tools used by the lecturer in education and the last chapter of the theoretical part deals with corporate education. The practical part aims to find out what barriers arise between the lecturer and the participants of corporate education and whether the use of didactic tools influences the level of barriers. It is investigated by a quantitative method - a questionnaire survey. The results of the survey are analysed in the practical part by means of graphs. The author surveyed the work using four sub-objectives, the responses of which are discussed in the summary of results.
