Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá historií využívání lichých meter v jazzu. V teoretické části představuje hlavní hudební tradice, kterými se jazzoví tvůrci inspirovali, a rozebírá problematiku dělení dob a jejich subdivizí pro demonstraci odlišností mezi izochronními a neizochronními metry. The bachelor thesis deals with the history of the use of odd meters in jazz. In the theoretical part, it introduces the main musical traditions that inspired jazz composers and discusses the issue of time divisions and their subdivisions to demonstrate the differences between isochronic and non-isochronic meters.
