Restorative justice and its importance in relation to criminals

Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na pachatele trestných činů (včetně mládeže), jak na pachatele působit a jejich zařazení do společnosti. V teoretické části práce je nejprve představena charakteristika restorativní justice. Dále je pak pozornost věnována nástrojům restorativní justice a jednotlivým projektům, které jsou v rámci restorativní justice v České republice realizovány a součástí práce je problematika obětí trestného činu. Praktická část práce je založena na kvantitativním výzkumu, kterým se zjišťovaly zkušenosti neziskových organizací s pachateli trestných činů.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s thesis focus on offenders (including youth), how to influence offendrs and their integrate to society. At the first is introduce characterisation of restorative justice in the theoretical part of tesis. Further the attention is dedicated to instrument of the concept of restorative justice and restorative´s projects, which they are realized in the Czech Republic and part of the thesis is the issue of victims of crime. The practical part of thesis is supported by quantitative research, which was ascertained experiences of non-profit institutions with offenders of crimes.
