Abstract:

Předmětem mojí bakalářské práce na téma „Vyspělá podniková kultura u zvolené firmy a její vliv na úspěšné řízení managementu jakosti“ je analýza vyspělosti podnikové kultury ve zvolené společnosti se zaměřením na její působení na systém managementu jakosti. V teoreticko-metodologické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy jako je podniková kultura, organizační struktura, kontext organizace, procesy, systémy managementu kvality a řízení managementu kvality podle ISO 9001. Dále pak specifikace výzkumných otázek a metodika práce, ve které jsou popsány metody posuzování vyspělosti podnikové kultury a shody s plněním požadavků řízení systému managementu jakosti. V aplikační části jsou analyzovány oblasti zvolené firmy, ve kterých dochází ke změnám. Po jejich nalezení je navrhováno doporučení pro management společnosti, jakým způsobem k opatřením přistupovat, aby se minimalizovaly nežádoucí vlivy a bylo dosaženo splnění požadavků nové normy managementu kvality ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016.

Abstract:

The subject of my bachelor thesis on the topic of „Advanced corporate culture of the selected firm and it´s influence on the successful quality management“ is the analysis of the maturity of the corporate culture of the selected company, focusing on its impact on the Quality Management System. The theoretical part explain concepts such as corporate culture, organizational structure, context of the organization, processes, quality management systems and quality management system according to ISO 9001. Furthermore, it contains the specification of research questions and methodology of work, which describes methods for assessing the maturity of the business culture and compliance with the performance requirements of the management system of quality management. The application part analyzes selected areas of company, where the changes occur. After finding affected areas recommendations for the management are proposed on how to approach changes to minimize adverse effects and how to achieve compliance with the requirements of the new quality management standard according to ISO 9001: 2016.
