Internal Audit Analysis in a Particular Power Company
Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na rozbor interního auditu v obchodních společnostech. Popisuje funkci, význam a začlenění interního auditu v těchto společnostech. Dále se zabývá interním auditem v nadnárodních společnostech a prakticky popisuje jeho provádění ve Skupině ČEZ a RWE.
Abstract:
The submitted diploma thesis is focused on internal audit in power engineerirng compaines. It describes function, significance and integration of internal audit in these companies. It also deals with the issue of internal audit in international companies such as ČEZ Group and RWE and describes how to conduct an internal audit in those companies.
