Abstract:

Khazri Sandra. Sociální marketing v cestovním ruchu v regionu Beskydy. Diplomová práce. Vysoká škola hotelová v Praze 8, s r. o. Praha 2013, 73 Stran Obsahem této práce je sociální marketing v cestovním ruchu v regionu Beskydy. Nejprve jsem si vybrala region, který budu zpracovávat. Informuji o základních pojmech a informacích o regionu Beskydy. Zaměřím se na zaměstnanost z pohledu sociálního marketingu. Zjistím nezaměstnanost a zaměstnanost v regionu Beskydy v posledních šesti letech. Informuji o pracovních příležitostech v tomto regionu. Věnuji se tomu, zda najdou uplatnění v zaměstnání všechny věkové skupiny. Uvedu zde nově vytvořené pracovní příležitosti. Analyzuji nabídku cestovních kanceláří a cestovních agentur a vyhodnotím, na jaké cílové skupiny se zaměřují. Jestli jsou to všechny cílové skupiny, nebo pro některou z nich není vytvořena nabídka. Použiji metodu sběru dat analýzu dokumentů a kvantitativní metodu dotazování. Dále zjištění statistických údajů. Zahrnu zde i marketingový mix z pohledu komunikování a distribuce. Navrhnu SWOT analýzu pro turistickou oblast Beskydy – Valašsko. Na závěr identifikuji cíle turistické oblasti, její vize a poslání směrem k sociálnímu marketingu.

Prague 2013. 73 Pages This work focuses on social marketing in tourism in the region of Beskydy. First, I chose a region to process. I inform about the basic concepts and information about the area Beskydy. I focus on employment from the perspective of social marketing. I want to learn about employment and unemployment in the region of Beskydy in the last six years and to give information about job opportunities in this region. I deal with the fact wheather all age groups are able to find a job there. I will mention the newly created jobs. Analyzing an offer of travel agencies and tour operators and evaluate on what target groups they focus. If all target groups are included. Acquisition method is used in document analysis and quantitative method of questioning. Further findings of statistical data. I include also a marketing mix in terms of communication and distribution. I will suggest SWOT analysis for tourist region Beskydy - Wallachia. Finally I identify the aims of the target area, its vision and mission towards social marketing.
