Abstract:
Cieľom našej bakalárskej práce je priblížiť problematiku ochrany spotrebiteľa v Slovenskej republike v každodennom živote vrátane vývoja, ktorá je súčasťou spotrebiteľskej politiky a zároven jej garantom by mal byť štát, orgány a inštitúcie zabezpečujúce ochranu spotrebiteľa. Práca vystihuje a slúži ako sprievodca tejto problematiky, opiera sa o teoretické východisko a výskumnú časť.
