Renovation of the territory after the displacement of Soviet army (based on the example of military compound Milovice)

Abstract:

Práce se zaměří na popis problematiky dlouhodobě nevyužitých a zdevastovaných ploch. Cílem práce je popsat možnosti obnovy a dalšího rozvoje specifických území, na kterých ?hospodařila? sovětská armáda a kde vznikla rozsáhlá ekonomická, ekologická a sociální poškození. Veškeré charakteristiky budou konkretizovány na příkladu vojenského areálu Milovice. Analyzován bude postupný vývoj areálu, současná situace i případné plánované projekty.

Abstract:

The thesis will focus on a description of the long-term unused and devastated areas. The aim is to describe the possibilities of recovery and further development of specific areas which were under the Soviet army occupation which resulted in the extensive economic, environmental and social damage. All of charakteristics will be showcased on the example of the military compound Milovice. The thesis will analyze the gradual development of the area, the current situation and potentional planned projects.
