The issue of automated processing of images from surveillance cameras

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi zabezpečení malého objektu pomocí kamerového dohledového systému. V první části je uvedena legislativa upravující používání kamerového systému. V další části je uveden přehled současných kamerových řešení, jejich výhody a nevýhody. Třetí část se zabývá zpracováním obrazu pomocí neuronových sítí. V poslední části je proveden výběr konkrétního vhodného řešení pro kamerový systém pomocí metod vícekriteriálního rozhodování a jeho ekonomická kalkulace.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of a small building security using a camera surveillance system. In the first part there is legislation regulating the use of surveillance camera system. The next section provides an overview of current surveillance camera solutions, theirs advantages and disadvantages. The third part deals with image processing using neural networks. In the last part is made a selection of a suitable solution for the camera system using multi-criteria decision making methods and its economic calculation.
