Tématem bakalářské práce je adaptační proces radiologického asistenta ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Bakalářská práce se dělí na dvě části - teoretickou část a průzkumnou část. Teoretická část se zabývá studiem a právnímu vymezení profese radiologický asistent. Dále popisuje adaptační proces, jeho důležitost při nástupu do práce, motivování zaměstnanců a jejich odměňování. The topic of the bachelor thesis is an adaptation process of a radiology assistant in a medical facility. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical part and an exploratory part.
