Research of the effect of cutting conditions in grinding of aluminum alloys on machined surface quality.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na rozbor vlivu řezných podmínek při procesu broušení na výslednou jakost obrobeného povrchu hliníkových slitin. V první části práce jsou popsány základní principy a pojmy teorie třískového obrábění se zaměřením na obrábění broušením, které jsou doplněny obrázky. Dále je pojednáváno o integritě povrchu a jejich jednotlivých parametrech. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na praktické zjišťování vlivu jednotlivých složek řezného procesu na výslednou jakost obrobeného povrchu. Jsou definovány zkušební vzorky a zařízení, pomocí kterých bylo prováděno broušení a měření drsnosti povrchu a odchylek kruhovitosti. Praktická část práce byla realizována formou experimentů, na základě kterých byly navrhovány postupné změny s cílem dosáhnout co nejlepších výsledků. V závěru jsou shrnuty dosažené výsledky a provedena jejich analýza.

Abstract:

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of cutting conditions during the grinding process on the resulting surface quality of machined aluminium alloy. The first part describes the basic principles and concepts of the theory of chip tooling with a focus on grinding tooling, which are accompanied by pictures. Furthermore, the analysis of the surface integrity and their individual parameters are being discussed. The second part is focused on identifying the practical impact of the individual components involved in the cutting process on the resulting quality of the machined surface. The test samples and equipment, which was used to carry out the grinding and also the ones used for measuring of the surface roughness and roundness deviation, were defined in this part of the work. The practical part of the work was carried out by means of experiments on which the proposed gradual changes were based in order to achieve the best results. In the conclusion the results are summarised and their analysis is performed.
