Diplomová práce si klade za cíl zmapovat habitus současného Česka v kontextu postojů k genderovým rolím a zodpovědět na otázku, zda lze pozorovat rozdílné postoje vzhledem k relativní distribuci kulturního a ekonomického kapitálu napříč kategoriemi zaměstnaneckých pozic. The thesis aims to map the habitus of contemporary Czechia in the context of attitudes towards gender roles and to answer the question whether different attitudes can be observed with regard to the relative distribution of cultural and economic capital across categories of employment positions.
