Tato práce se věnuje tématu analýzy externích zdrojů korporátního financování v České republice. Za tímto účelem zkoumá český trh korporátních úvěrů, český trh korporátních dluhopisů a český akciový trh IPO. This work analyses the topic of external sources of corporate financing in the Czech Republic. In order to do so, it focuses on the Czech corporate loan market, Czech corporate bond market and the Czech stock market of IPOs.
