Tato diplomová práce pojednává o pravomocech prezidenta republiky. Nejprve se zabývá postavením prezidenta jako hlavy státu v rámci ústavního zařazení v systému dělby moci. Další kapitola je zaměřena na jednotlivé pravomoci prezidenta a institut kontrasignace. Hlavní část práce se zaměřuje na vztah prezidenta k vládě. First, it deals with the position of the president as the head of state within the framework of the constitutional inclusion in the system of separation of powers.
