Cílem práce je shrnutí základních právních poznatků vážících se k bytové problematice a především představení základních prostředků, kterými stát podporuje rozvoj bydlení. The aim of this Bachelor’s thesis is to comprise elementary knowledge of law regarding housing problems. Furthermore, it also deals with a state policy on the housing development support. Work focuses on characteristics of programs and also on their aim and impact on population of the Czech Republic.
