Tato diplomová práce se zabývá regresními modely a diagnostikou v analýze přežití. Jako první představuje základní pojmy a předpoklady pro analýzu cenzorovaných dat. Definuje modely zrychleného času, modely relativního rizika a shrnuje vybrané metody regresní diagnostiky. Zaměřuje se především na grafické metody a rezidua.
