Stability study of genomic DNA of Borrelia sp.
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na analýzu sekvence chromozomální DNA tří bakteriálních kmenů rodu Borrelia pocházející z databáze GenBank. Jedná se o evropské kmeny, které mohou způsobit onemocnění zvané lymská borelióza. Cílem této práce je vyhledávání oblastí s největším obsahem cytosinu a guaninu, kvůli stabilitě DNA.
Abstract:
Lyme disease is caused by three genospecies from genus Borrelia in Europe. This work is focused on chromozomal DNA analysis that comes from GenBank database. The main aim of this study is to find out which genes have the highestcontent of cytosine and guanine.
