Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve vybrané finanční instituci. Záměrem práce je analyzovat názory klientských pracovníků a jejich přímých nadřízených na vzdělávání v návaznosti na řízení pracovního výkonu. The diploma thesis deals with the system of education of employees in a selected financial institution. The aim of this work is to analyze the views of client employees and their direct superiors on education in relation to performance management.
