Protection of Air Pollution Legislation in the Czech Republic and the Most Common Adverse Effects on the Air in Recent Years

Abstract:

Účelem této bakalářské práce je náhled a analýza stavu kvality ovzduší v jednotlivých krajích České republiky v období několika posledních let, se zvláštním zaměřením na Zlínský kraj. V teoretické části práce je uvedena legislativa, která souvisí se základními pojmy, znečišťujícími látkami a zdroji těchto látek. Na právní úpravu ochrany ovzduší navazuje praktická část této bakalářské práce, ve které jsou sledovány roční imisní koncentrace jednotlivých primárních znečišťujících látek od roku 2007 do roku 2016. Roční imisní limity těchto látek jsou určeny právě v legislativě, která je pro tuto práci zcela zásadní.

Abstract:

The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to preview and analyse the state of air quality in the individual regions of the Czech Republic in the period of past few years, with a particular focus on the Zlín region. In the theoretical part of the work is specified legislation, which is connected to the basic concepts, pollutants and sources of those substances. The legal framework for the protection of the atmosphere follows the practical part of this thesis, in which are monitored annual air pollution concentrations of various primary pollutants from year 2007 to 2016. Annual ambient air quality standards of these substances are stated in the legislation, therefore it is essential for this thesis.
