Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vzdělávání zaměstnanců v Hotelu Vintíř, který je v tomto ohledu srovnáván s dalšími dvěma hotely, poskytujícími taktéž stravovací a ubytovací služby. Jedná se o malé podniky do 20 zaměstnanců. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoreticko-metodologickou a aplikační část. V rámci teoretické části jsou uvedeny definice základních pojmů týkajících se lidských zdrojů. Řešena je problematika identifikace potřeb vzdělávání, plánování a realizace vzdělávání, metody, formy, motivace a hodnocení zaměstnanců. Informace jsou čerpány z literatury tuzemských i zahraničních autorů. Dále jsou v práci uvedeny výzkumné otázky a detailní popis metodiky práce. Aplikační část představuje podniky, které jsou mezi sebou porovnávány. V rámci aplikační části byla použita metoda sběru dat pomocí rozhovorů s majiteli hotelů i s některými zaměstnanci a metoda dotazníkového šetření. Provedenými metodami sběru dat byly získány odpovědi na stanovené výzkumné otázky, které byly stěžejní pro doporučené návrhy opatření, jež by mohly přispět k vyšší spokojenosti pracovníků v zaměstnání. V závěru bakalářské práce je uvedeno shrnutí všech zjištěných poznatků a vyplývajících návrhů opatření.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the education of staff in the Vintíř Hotel which is further compared with two other hotels also providing catering and accommodation services. All these hotels are small enterprises with up to twenty employees. The thesis is divided into the theoretical-methodological and applied parts. Within theoretical part the basic terms connected with Human Resources are given. Also, the identification of educational needs, planning and the implementation of education, its methods, forms, motivation and evaluation of the staff are reviewed. Not only views of Czech authors, but also the foreign ones are presented. Also, the research questions and detailed methodology of thesis is given. The applied part focuses on companies which are compared with one another. The methods of data collection included the interviews with hotel owners and some employees as well as the survey. The carried-out methods of data collection allowed me to answer the research questions which were crucial in order to make suggestions for improvement of job satisfaction. The final part of the bachelor thesis presents all the findings and draft measures resulting from the conclusions taken.
