Measuring satisfaction with early intervention services among parents of children with mental or combined disabilities

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rané péče. Cílem této práce je vytvoření návrhu dotazníku pro zjištění spokojenosti se službou raná péče u rodičů dětí s mentálním nebo kombinovaným postižením a jeho pilotní ověření. Práce má dvě části, teoretickou a aplikační. V teoretické části se práce zabývá souhrnnými informacemi o rané péči včetně základní terminologie. Aplikační část představí dotazník pro zjištění spokojenosti rodičů se službou rané péče a po analýze rozhovorů s rodiči dětí s mentálním nebo kombinovaným postižením navrhuje změny v některých otázkách. Dále je v práci popsán návrh na zpracování dotazníkových dat pomocí statistické analýzy.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of early intervention services. The aim of this work is to create a questionnaire to measure satisfaction with the early intervention services among parents of children with mental or combined disabilities and its pilot verification. The work has two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with summary information about early intervention services including basic terminology. The practical part will present a questionnaire to measure the satisfaction of parents with the early intervention services and, after analyzing interviews with parents of children with mental or combined disabilities, proposes changes in some questions. Furthermore, the thesis describes the proposal for processing questionnaire data using statistical analysis.
