Analysis and comparison of the insurance market of Czech Republic, Slovakia Republic and Great Britain

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářská práce na téma „Analýza a komparace pojistných trhů ČR, Slovenska a Velké Británie“ je komparace vybraných pojistných trhů na základně předchozí analýzy vývoje vybraných ukazatelů. V první kapitole je nastíněna základní teorie týkající se pojistného trhu. Následující části jsou zaměřeny na charakteristiku a analýzu vývoje pojistných trhů ve vybraných státech. Jako sledované období pro většinu ukazatelů je zvoleno období mezi roky 2004 a 2018. V závěrečné části je provedena komparace vybraných absolutních a poměrových ukazatelů s hodnocením vývoje pojistných trhů za sledované období.

Abstract:

The goal of the bachelor thesis "Analysis and comparison of the insurance market of Czech Republic, Slovakia Republic and Great Britain" is to compare selected insurance markets based on of the previous analysis of the development of selected indicators. The first chapter describes the basic theory of the insurance market. The following sections are focused on the characteristics and analysis of the development of insurance markets in the selected countries. The period between 2004 and 2018 is chosen as the monitored period for most indicators. The final part compares selected absolute, and ratio indicators with the evaluation of the development of insurance markets for the period under review.
