Business plan: Glamping in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je tvorba a vyhodnocení realizovatelnosti podnikatelského plánu včetně tvorby prvotního životaschopného produktu. V rámci teoretické části jsou rozebrány jednotlivé náležitosti podnikatelského plánu od výběru vhodné právní formy po jednotlivé analýzy a strategie tvorby marketingového a finančního plánu pro provoz podniku. Tyto poznatky jsou následně aplikovány na daný podnikatelský záměr staveb a krátkodobých pronájmů takzvaných glampingů (z anglického “glamorous” a “camping” - tedy “luxusní kempování”) v České republice, který je nejprve otestován skrze minimální životaschopný produkt, načež je vytvořen samotný podnikatelský plán. V závěrečné části je pak shrnut a vyhodnocen celý podnikatelský záměr a je rozhodnuto o jeho realizaci.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is creation and validation of a business plan including a minimal viable product. The theoretical part includes informational basics of starting a business, choosing its legal form and the different analyses used for financial and marketing planning, and for the business plan in general. These principles are then applied to the particular business idea of building and renting out glampings (a portmanteau of "glamorous" and "camping") in the Czech Republic that is first tested through a minimal viable product, so that the complex business plan could be created afterwards. In the final part the final business proposition is fully presented and the final decision regarding its realization is made.
