Teoretická část práce se věnuje problematice plastových výrobků určených ke styku s potravinami. Zabývá se legislativními požadavky na tyto výrobky, popisuje technologie, vlastnosti a bezpečnost těchto materiálů používaných jako základní suroviny pro výrobu plastových výrobků určených k úchově a ohřevu potravin a pokrmů. The theoretical part of this thesis is devoted to plastic products intended for food contact. It deals with the legislative requirements for these products, describes the technology, performance and safety of these materials used as base material for the manufacture of plastic products for the custody and hot food and meals.
