Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zabývá tématem práce peer pracovníka pracujícího s lidmi s duševním onemocněním z jeho vlastního pohledu. Cílem je zjistit, jak peer pracovník vnímá svou práci s touto cílovou skupinou. V práci jsou popsány pojmy týkající se peer pracovníka a duševního onemocnění, kde jsou definovány diagnózy bipolární afektivní porucha a schizoafektivní psychóza. Zvolená metoda pro realizaci této práce je případová studie, která spadá pod kvalitativní výzkum. K získání dat jsem používala polostrukturovaný rozhovor s peer pracovníkem, jeho klientem a jeho spolupracovníkem.

Abstract:

This graduate thesis deals with the topic of peer worker working with people with mental disorder, from his point of view. The aim of this work is to find out, how the peer worker percives his work with this traget group. The phrases peer worker and mental disorder are described in this graduate thesis, following with the definition of bipolar affective disorder and schizoaffective disorder. The method chosen for this project is casework study, which falls under the topic of quality research. To collect data, I used semi-structured interview and interview the peer worker, his client and his co-worker.
