Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na problematiku externího podnikového prostředí, resp. mezoprostředí a obecného makroprostředí. Pro analýzu a vyhodnocení nejbližšího podnikového okolí (mezoprostředí) bylo využito Porterova modelu pěti konkurenčních sil se zaměřením na specifické odvětví sektoru služeb – odvětví informačních a komunikačních služeb a průmyslu a Analýzy atraktivity uvedeného odvětví. V rámci makroprostředí bylo využito STEP analýzy, hodnoceny byly vybrané faktory z oblasti sociálně-kulturní, technologické, ekonomické a politicko-právní, které mohou mít vliv na podniky působící ve sledovaném odvětví. Výsledky z modelu pěti sil prokázaly nejvyšší významnost dvou konkurenčních sil (vyjednávající síla zákazníků a stávajících konkurentů). Skóre atraktivity odvětví lze hodnotit jako nadprůměrné (110 bodů). V rámci STEP analýzy byl zjištěn největší vliv faktorů z oblasti ekonomické, kde významnou roli sehrála covid pandemie, technologické z hlediska nových trendů a právní v rámci liberalizace pravidel v elektronických službách.

Abstract:

The work is focused on the issue of the external business environment, or mesoenvironment and general macroenvironment. Porter's model of five competitive forces was used for the analysis and evaluation of the immediate business environment (middle environment) with a focus on specific sectors of the service sector - information and communication services and industry and Analyzes of the attractiveness of the sector. Within the framework of the macro environment, STEP analysis was used, selected factors from the socio-cultural, technological, economic and political-legal areas that may have an influence on companies operating in the monitored industry were evaluated. The results from the five forces model showed the highest significance of two competitive forces (bargaining power of customers and existing competitors). The industry's attractiveness score can be assessed as above average (110 points). As part of the STEP analysis, the greatest influence of factors was found from the economic field, where the covid pandemic played a significant role, technological in terms of new trends, and legal in the framework of the liberalization of rules in electronic services.
