Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit projekt efektivního řízení pohledávek ve společnosti Alfa Plastik, a.s. Hlavním úkolem projektu je zlepšení řízení pohledávek a snížit objem pohledávek po splatnosti. V teoretické části jsou popsány instrumenty pro zajištění pohle-dávek ve lhůtě splatnosti, i těch, které jsou po lhůtě splatnosti. Dále je v této části popsáno prostředí zpracovatelského a plastikářského průmyslu. V praktické části je představena společnost a analýza současného řízení pohledávek uvnitř společnosti. Další část zahrnuje finanční analýzu. Závěry vyplývající z analytické části jsou využity při vytvoření projektu řízení pohledávek ve společnosti Alfa Plastik, a.s.

Abstract:

The aim of this master thesis is create the project of effective claims management in Alfa Plastik, a.s. The foremost task of this project is improving of claim management and reduce claims after due date. The theoretical part describes the instruments for debt security, before and after due date. Also in this part is mentioned processing and plastics industry environment. In practical part there is company{\crq}s introduction and analysis of current situa-tion claims management inside the company. Another part includes financial analysis. Re-sults from the analytical part are used for creation claims management project inside com-pany Alfa Plastik, a.s.
