Management´s view of supervision

Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma "Supervize pohledem managementu" je zaměřena na problematiku zátěžových situací, které řeší nižší zdravotnický management. Teoretická část se zabývá definováním pojmu supervize, uvedením zátěžových situací, které může supervize řešit a definování pojmu managementu ve zdravotnictví. Průzkumná část se zabývá analýzou průzkumného šetření, které probíhalo kvalitativním výzkumem pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Cílem bylo zjistit, jaké zátěžové situace nejčastěji řeší nižší zdravotnický management a jaké má metody a možnosti k řešení. Jako výstup práce je vypracována brožura pro nižší zdravotnický management k využití týmové supervize.

Abstract:

Thesis on the topic of "Management´s view of supervision" is focused on the issue of stressful situations faced by lower tier of healthcare management. Theoretical part concerns itself with the definition of supervision, introduction of stressful situations, which can by solved by supervision and with definition of the term management in healthcare. Research part is focused on the analysis of research inquiry, which was done using qualitative method in the form of semistructured interview. The goal was to determine most common stressful situations faced by lower healthcare management and what methods and options are available to handle them. A booklet was created to by used in team supervision by lower healthcare management as an outcome of this thesis.
