Flexible forms of work in social policy of the organization

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá pozitivní flexibilitou a flexibilními formami práce. Autorka si klade za cíl zjistit, jaké jsou postoje vybraných zaměstnavatelských organizací k flexibilním formám práce v sociální politice organizace. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní východiska. Nejdříve jsou představeny vlivy, které souvisí se změnami na trhu práce a ovlivňují i zkoumanou organizační úroveň a následně teorie související s touto problematikou. Dále je řešena flexibilita v pracovním prostředí, která je zaměřena především na interní numerickou flexibilitu. Jsou diskutovány postoje organizací a jejich zaměstnanců z pohledu jejich potřeb a také charakteristika možností flexibilních forem práce. V další části je představen nový koncept sociální politiky organizace, který je součástí Společenské odpovědnosti firem. V metodologické části je popsána metoda a ostatní metodika zkoumání. Empirická část na základě uskutečněných rozhovorů interpretuje základní zjištění, kterými hledá odpověď na to, jaký je postoj vybraných zaměstnavatelských organizací k možnostem flexibilních forem práce v sociální politice organizace. O to se snaží na základě porozumění souvisejícím faktorům, dosavadním zkušenostem, postoji k potřebám svých zaměstnanců a potřebám organizací v této oblasti a následně v kontextu sociální politiky organizace. V závěru jsou shrnuta základní zjištění a diskutuje se o postoji vybraných zaměstnavatelských organizací k možnostem flexibilních forem práce.

Abstract:

This work is addressing and analyzing positive flexibility and flexible forms of work. The objective of this work is to find out what is the actual approach of selected employee organizations to flexible forms of work. The basic theses are described within the theoretical part of the work. The influences, relating to the changes on the labor market and also affecting the analyzed organization structures, are described as first. All the theory related to this area follows. As a next step the flexibility within the organization working environment is analyzed, which focus especially to the internal numeric flexibility. The approaches of the organizations and its employees from the point of their needs as well as description of the flexible forms of work possibilities are discussed. The new concept of the social politic of the organization, as a part of the „Society organization responsibility“ is introduced in the next part of the work. The methods and methodic are described within the methodology part of the work. The empiric part of the work is interpreting the findings gathered during the realized conversations. The goal is to find the answer to the basic question - what is the approach of the selected employee organizations to flexible forms of work within the social politic of the organization. Understanding of related factors, existing experience, attitude to employee and organizational needs within this area as well as related to internal context of the social politic within the organization is important for achieving of that goal. The basic findings and the discussion related to the approach of selected employee organizations to flexible forms of work are summarized in the work resume.
