Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou současného systému hodnocení pracovního výkonu ve společnosti XY. Teoretická část shrnuje základní teoretické poznatky z oblasti hodnocení pracovního výkonu. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat současný systém hodnocení v telemarketingové společnosti XY a na základě výzkumu navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení daného systému. V bakalářské práci je využívána empirická metoda výzkumu, zejména kvantitativní výzkum. Jedná se o analýzu dokumentů a polo strukturované dotazníky. V rámci bakalářské práce jsou navržena doporučení pro zlepšení současného systému ve společnosti XY.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the analysis of present system of assessment of job performance in the company XY. Theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the basic theoretical findings from the area of assessment of job performance. The main goal of the bachelor´s thesis is to analyze the present system of assessment in the telemarketing company XY and based on the research to suggest the recommendations for improvement of the system. There is used empirical method of research in the bachelor´s thesis, especially quantitative research. This is an analysis of documents and semi-structured answer sheets. There are suggested recommendations for improvement of present system in the company XY within the thesis.
