Analysis of employment support in the Czech Republic and the Republic of Austria

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of employment promotion in the Czech Republic and in the Republic of Austria. It consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part consists of three chapters. The first chapter deals with the labour market and unemployment. It describes the importance of work for people and how unemployment arises. I list the different types of labour market and unemployment. In the second chapter I discuss employment policy in the Czech Republic. I briefly describe how it developed and what its content is. I divide it into passive and active and explain what it is used for and what its possibilities are. This is followed by the third chapter. It is similar to the previous chapter, but this time it focuses on Austria. In the practical part of this Bachelor Thesis, I compare two projects that have already been completed. I have chosen an Austrian project and a Czech project. I look at them from the participants' point of view. I want to know how they evaluate the projects they completed to improve their employability.

Abstract:

Das Thema dieser Bachelorarbeit ist die Analyse der Beschäftigungsförderung in der Tschechischen Republik und in der Republik Österreich. Sie besteht aus einem theoretischen und einem praktischen Teil. Der theoretische Teil besteht aus drei Kapiteln. Das erste Kapitel befasst sich mit dem Arbeitsmarkt und mit der Arbeitslosigkeit. Es beschreibt die Bedeutung von der Arbeit für die Menschen und wie die Arbeitslosigkeit entsteht. Ich führe die verschiedenen Arten des Arbeitsmarktes und der Arbeitslosigkeit auf. Im zweiten Kapitel gehe ich auf die Beschäftigungspolitik in der Tschechischen Republik ein. Ich beschreibe kurz, wie sie sich entwickelte und was ihr Inhalt ist. Ich unterteile sie in passiv und aktiv und erkläre, wozu sie verwendet werden und was ihre Möglichkeiten sind. Anschließend folgt das dritte Kapitel. Es ähnelt dem vorangegangenen Kapitel, konzentriert sich aber dieses Mal auf Österreich. Im praktischen Teil dieser Bachelorarbeit vergleiche ich zwei Projekte, die bereits abgeschlossen sind. Ich habe ein österreichisches Projekt und ein tschechisches Projekt ausgewählt. Ich betrachte sie aus der Sicht der Teilnehmer. Ich möchte wissen, wie sie die Projekte bewerten, die sie zur Verbesserung ihrer Beschäftigungsfähigkeit absolviert haben.
