The Use of Kaizen Methods

Abstract:

Strategie Kaizen je japonskou filozofii, která je využitelná všude v našem životě. Vyjadřuje nespokojenost se současným stavem a neustálou potřebu takovýto stav po malých krocích vylepšovat. Pokud se aplikuje Kaizen na pracovišti, jedná se o neustále zdokonalování procesů ve firmě, které se týkají všech zaměstnanců, počínaje manažery a končí u řadových zaměstnanců. Při uplatnění této strategie roste důležitost s ohledem na společenské změny a změny v podnikatelském prostředí. V oblasti kvality je Kaizen, jedna z důležitých strategií, která zajistí firmě konkurenceschopnost a kvalitnější výrobky, díky jinému vnímání Managementu jakosti. Kaizen je v organizacích, které chtějí uspět v tvrdém konkurenčním prostředí. V této práci představím takový přístup k řízení podniku a objasním, jeho charakteristické rysy, co obnáší a požadavky na jeho implementaci. Stručně se podívám na zákon, který se této problematice věnuje. Závěr této práce se věnuje i podnikové kultuře a firemní komunikaci, která hraje důležitou roli při aplikaci tohoto systému.

Abstract:

Kaizen strategy is the Japanese philosophy that is usable everywhere in our lives. That expressed dissatisfaction with the current state and the constant need for such a situation to improve in small steps. If you apply Kaizen in the workplace, they are constantly improving processes in the company, which apply to all employees, from managers and end of line employees. In applying this strategy becomes increasingly important with regard to societal changes and changes in business environment. The quality is Kaizen, one of the important strategies to ensure business competitiveness and better quality products, due to different perceptions of quality management. Kaizen in the organizations, that want to succeed in a tough competitive environment. In this work I will present an approach to corporate governance and will explain its characteristics, what it means and requirements for its implementation. Briefly look at the law that deals with this issue. The conclusion of this work is devoted to business and corporate culture and communication, which plays an important role in the application of this system.
