Relaxation exercises and massages in kindergarten

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Relaxační cvičení a masáže v MŠ“ se zaměřuje na děti předškolního věku a přináší informace o relaxačních cvičeních a masážích. Klade si za cíl vypracovat soubor relaxačních cvičení s prvky masáží pro děti v MŠ. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je teoretická a zabývá se charakteristikou osobnosti a vývojem dítěte v předškolním věku. Dále se věnuje pojmu relaxace a dalším termínům, které s relaxací úzce souvisí, jako psychohygiena a stres. Není opomenut ani Rámcový vzdělávací program (RVP) pro předškolní vzdělávání. Druhá část, praktická, obsahuje relaxační příběhy s prvky masáže vhodné pro mateřské školy, které jsou zahrnuty do tematických plánů. Je zde popsán možný způsob realizace těchto aktivit s vhodnou motivací pro děti. Tato bakalářská práce může sloužit jako metodický materiál pro pedagogy předškolního vzdělávání.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis "Relaxation exercises and massages in kindergarten" focuses on preschool children and brings information about relaxation exercises and massages. It aims to develop a set of relaxation exercises with elements of massage for children in kindergarten. The work is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and deals with characteristics of personality and development of preschool age. It also discusses the concept of relaxation and other terms that are closely related with relaxation, like stress and psychohygiene. Framework Educational Programme (FEP) for preschool education is also not forgotten. The second part is practical, it contains relaxing stories with a massage elements suitable for kindergarten, which are included in thematic plans. There is described a possible way of implementing these activities with appropriate motivation for children. This thesis can serve as a methodical material for teachers of preschool education.
