Abstract:

V této diplomové práci je popsán vývoj jedince v dirigentskou osobnost. Cílů práce je několik: vystihnout komplexnost a složitost dirigentského povolání; popsat vlastnosti a schopnosti, jaké by měl ideální dirigent mít; uvést všechny okolnosti, které jej v průběhu kariéry provázejí; vytvořit výčet činností, které tvoří náplň práce dirigenta; nastínit společenský význam tohoto povolání v souvislosti s aktuálním stavem společnosti. Zároveň se jedná o porovnání teoretické složky dirigentského vzdělání s praktickými zkušenostmi, změny v postojích samotných dirigentů v průběhu času a je zmíněna též zpětná vazba od orchestrálních hráčů. Stať začíná vytyčením specifických (hudebních i jiných) předpokladů osobnosti a nutného vzdělání hudebníka. Následně jsou vylíčeny všechny aspekty metodiky nastudování skladeb a práce s orchestrem. Poslední kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na současnou problematiku kulturní úrovně společnosti, dramaturgie a společenského významu dirigenta. Zdroji použitými k bádání byly teoretické spisy (učebnice dirigování, základy hudební estetiky), rozhovory s profesionálními dirigenty (napříč generacemi) a předané i vlastní zkušenosti z pohledu orchestrálního hráče.

Abstract:

The process of a person's transformation into professional conductor's individuality is progressivelly described in this dissertation. Targets set in this dissertation are many: expressing complexity and intricacy of conductor’s profession, describing qualities and abilities of an ideal conductor, introducing circumstances appearing in the course of conductor’s career, writing out all activities that form the conductor’s work, outlining social relevance of a conductor in context with current situation of our society. This dissertation is a comparison between theoretical education and practical experience, declaration of changing opinions through conductor’s life and also a statement of feedback from orchestral musicians. Article begins with defining specific preconditions and essential musician's education. Afterwards come all aspects of compositions rendition and methodology of orchestra leading. Last chapters are focused on society cultural level, dramaturgy and social role of conductors in common. Inspiration for this dissertation was gained from theoretical works (conductor’s textbook, musical esthetics), interviews with professional conductors (across generations) and musicians experiences (including mine).
