Předmetěm této bakalářské diplomové práce jsou cíle, důvody a motivy podniků ke vzdělávání svých zaměstnanců. V teoretické části je představen pojem podnikové vzdělávání a jeho pozice ve struktuře podniku. Dále jsou charakterizovány cíle, důvody a motivy podniků ke vzdělávání svých zaměstnanců, očima pedagogů, personálních manažerů a českých statistik. Main aims of this bachelor thesis are targets, reasons and motives of firms for the corporate education. In the theoretical part of this thesis, the concept of corporate and its position in the company structure is introduced.
