Identification and control of flow heat exchanger

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce bylo seznámit se s laboratorním zařízením Armfield PCT 40, identifikace soustavy tepelného průtokového výměníku a následně jeho řízení. V první části byly ve stručnosti popsány postupy při identifikaci soustavy a následné vyhodnocení. Dále byla práce zaměřena na návrhy regulátorů, které byly použity pro řízení. Ve druhé části se nachází popis zařízení soustavy, naměřené statické charakteristiky, identifikace a řízení ventilu a teploty ve výměníku.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis was to introduce to laboratory device Armfield PCT 40, identification of the system of flow heat exchanger and also its control. In the first part of the thesis methods of system identification and following analysis are described briefly. A report was also concerned to proposal of controllers which were used for the control. Next part consists of description of the system, measured static characteristics, identification and control of valve and temperature in the flow heat exchanger.
