Abstract:
V práci byla sledována dynamika zkracování telomer u rostlin Arabidopsis thaliana s mutací v genu pro katalytickou podjednotku telomerázy. Výsledky práce ukazují rozdíly v rychlosti mezigeneračního zkracování telomer mezi liniemi rostlin s odlišnou ontogenetickou historií. In this work, dynamics of telomere shortening was followed in Arabidopsis thaliana plants bearing mutation in the gene coding for catalytic telomerase subunit. The results show differences in the rate of telomere shortening per generation between lines of plants with a different ontogenetic history.
