Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pacientů s transverzální míšní lézí v chronickém stádiu postižení a významem terciární prevence. Práce je rozdělena do tři části: teoretické, praktické a kazuistiky. V teoretické části se zabývám anatomii míchy a páteře, příčinami poranění míchy, její klasifikaci a léčbou. This bachelor thesis describes problems of patients with transversal spinal cord lesion in the chronic stadium of disablement and the meaning of tertiary prevention. The thesis is divided into three parts: practical, theoretical and case study.
