Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na téma černých labutí jako extrém-ních událostí a jejich vliv na finanční trhy. Práce definuje a popisuje čer-né labutě a přibližuje teorii související s černými labutěmi, což je téma behaviorálních financí a předpovědí budoucnosti. Závěrečná část práce popisuje a analyzuje dvě vybrané černé labutě a jejich vliv na vývoj trž-ních hodnot vybraných společností.

This thesis is focused on the topic of black swans as extreme events and their impact on financial markets. The thesis defines and describes black swans and approaches the theory related to black swans, which is topic of behavioral finance and predictions of future.
