The Beer Production for Individuals Suffering from Celiac Disease
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo vytvořit souhrnnou literární rešerši týkající se problematiky bezlepkového piva. Rozebírána je nejen vhodnost surovin, způsoby sladování, ale jsou diskutovány i rozdíly mezi technologií výroby běžného piva a bezlepkového piva
Abstract:
The aim of this Bachelor thesis was to provide a summarizing literary research, dealing with the issue of gluten-free beer. Moreover, not only do I analyse the appropriateness of the ingredients, the way of storing but also differences in production technology of a common beer and gluten-free.
