Diplomová práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci a vývoj metody LC-ESI-MS/MS stanovení alkylfenolů v environmentálních matricích, kde se analyty vyskytují ve velmi nízkých koncentracích. S cílem dosáhnout co nejnižších limitů detekce a vyšší citlivosti byla vyvinuta metoda s předkolonovou derivatizací alkylfenolů dansylchloridem, která není doposud v literatuře uváděna. Abstract:
Diploma thesis contains information on presence of an alkylphenols in the environment. It is focused on the analytical determination of alkylphenols in soil, sediment and air. Development and optimization of methods for determination occupy a substantial part of this work. Industrially most widely used are 4-nonylphenol, bisphenol A, 4-octylphenol and 4-tert-octylphenol.
