Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je poskytnout komplexní a hloubkový pohled na vývoj trhu práce v České republice za posledních​ 10 let a jeho propojení s politikami zaměstnanosti Evropské unie. Práce se zaměří na identifikaci klíčových trendů,​ významných změn a faktorů ovlivňujících trh práce v daném období. Zkoumá také roli politiky zaměstnanosti EU při​ formování a ovlivňování trhu práce v České republice.​ Podrobně zhodnotí změny v míře zaměstnanosti a nezaměstnanosti v ČR během poslední dekády, identifikuje klíčové​ faktory ovlivňující tyto trendy, zanalyzuje dopady ekonomických proměn na trh práce, jako jsou hospodářský růst, inflace​ a další faktory ovlivňující zaměstnanost, jako je nezaměstnanost, vývoj minimální mzdy. Zhodnotí vliv demografických změn na trh práce, včetně stárnutí populace, migrační toky a změny v pracovní síle. Zároveň bude zkoumat, jaké role​ sehrály politiky zaměstnanosti EU při formování a ovlivňování trhu práce v České republice.

Abstract:

The thesis aims to provide a comprehensive and in-depth view of the development of the labor market in the Czech Republic over the last 10 years and its interconnection with the employment policies of the European Union. The thesis will focus on identifying key trends, significant changes, and factors influencing the labor market in the given period. It will also examine the role of EU employment policies in shaping and influencing the labor market in the Czech Republic. It will assess in detail the changes in employment and unemployment rates in the Czech Republic over the last decade, identify key factors influencing these trends, analyze the impact of economic transformations on the labor market such as economic growth, inflation, and other factors affecting employment such as unemployment, minimum wage developments. It will assess the impact of demographic changes on the labor market, including population aging, migration flows, and changes in the labor force. It will also examine what role EU employment policies have played in shaping and influencing the labor market in the Czech Republic.
