Effect of drought stress induced on grapevines and grape quality

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo prostudovat problematiku stresu vyvolaného suchem na révu vinnou a kvalitu hroznů. V prvních dvou kapitolách je popsána morfologie révy vinné a stres u rostlin. Dále je popsána kyselina abscisová, která je označována jako regulátor v hospodaření s vodou a její fyziologické účinky na révu vinnou. V následující kapitole jsou zpracovány informace týkající se vlivu stresu na fyziologii révy vinné. Stres ze sucha se projevuje zastavením růstu letorostů a kořenů, sníženým příjmem živin a ovlivněním zrání hroznů. Z pohledu biochemie dochází ke změnám v bobulích. Vyznačuje se pozitivním, ale i negativním působením. Pozitivně se projevuje u modrých odrůd syntézou barviv a taninů. Negativně působí na rané odrůdy, u kterých dochází k zastírání odrůdového aroma, hořknutí a výskytu UTA. V poslední kapitole jsou doporučeny agrotechnické zásahy vedoucí k eliminaci stresu ze sucha. Jako nejvhodnější způsob eliminace stresu je pořízení a využívání kapkové závlahy ve vinici. Dalšími způsoby jsou správný výběr ozelenění a ošetřování půdy, přiměřené zatížení keřů a dobře provedené zelené práce.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis was studing the problems of stress induced by drought on grapevines and quality of the grapes. In the first two chapters is described the morphology of grapevine and stress in plants. Further is described abscisic acid, which is referred to as the regulator in water management and its physiological effects on grapevine. In the next chapter are processed the information about the effects of stress on grapevine physiology. Drought stress manifests itself by stopping the growth of the shoots and roots, reduced intake of nutrients and effect on ripening. From the perspective of biochemistry changes occur in the berries. It is characterized by positive but also negative effects. Positively manifests in blue varieties synthesis of dyes and tannins. On the other hand, negatively manifests in the early varieties, there is concealment varietal aroma, bitter taste and occurrence of UTA. In the last chapter are recommended for cultural interventions to eliminate stress from drought. The most appropriate way to reduce stress is the acquisition and use of drip irrigation in the vineyard. Next ways are correct selection of grass and soil processing, adequate load shrubs and well made green works.
