Factors influencing the crime of children and juveniles

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problémovou oblastí vybraných kritických faktorů, které ovlivňují děti a mladistvé. Práce zkoumá, z jakých pohnutek děti nebo mladiství páchají čin klasifikovaný jako přestupek nebo čin jinak trestný. Svět bývá se závažnějšími činy, které spáchali děti a mladiství, seznámen skoro každou chvíli, proto se nabízí otázka, zda je prevence pro děti a mladistvé nastavena dobře. Z tohoto důvodu je hlavním cílem práce a samotného dotazníkového šetření prevence a otázka toho, zdali je nastavena dostatečně. V rámci praktické části, která probíhala dotazníkovým šetřením mezi veřejností, pedagogy, školními psychology a probačními a mediačními úředníky, je hlavní pozornost zaměřena na prevenci a sama praktická část je doplněna o několik slovních vyjádření samotných respondentů.

Abstract:

The master thesis deals with the problematic area of selected critical factors that affect children and adolescents. The work examines the motivations of a child and an adolescent who commits an act that is classified as an offence or an otherwise criminal act. The world is familiar with more serious acts committed by children and young people almost every moment, so the question arises whether prevention for children and young people is set up well. For this reason, the main goal of the work and the questionnaire survey itself is prevention and the question of whether it is set sufficiently. As part of the practical part, which took place through a questionnaire survey among the public, pedagogues, school psychologists, and probation and mediation officials, the main focus is on prevention, and the practical part itself is supplemented by several verbal expressions of the respondents themselves.
