Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá prevažne výstavným exkurzom sochárky Márie Bartuszovej (1936-1996) a kurátorským prístupom vo vzťahu k jej abstraktnej tvorbe. Práca sa zameriava na štyri vybrané výstavy domáceho aj globálneho charakteru, teoreticky skúma ich historický kontext a dáva ich do vzájomnej komparácie. Vybrané výstavy zaberajú rôzne štýlové smery umelkyne, pretože sú viazané na iný čaßsový úsek. Rovnaké diela sochárky sa objavujú zároveň na viacerých výstavách, vzhľadom k čomu môžeme pozorovať odlišnosti v kurátorskom prístupe. Výstavné celky vybrané pre túto prácu sú; Mária Bartuszová, sochárske práce I. 1962/1987, SZVU, Košice, Súčasné slovenské výtvarné umenie a fotografia, Praha, 1991, Cesta k organickej plastike v SNG, v Bratislave roku 2005 a zahraničná výstava globálneho významu v Tate Modern v Londýne, trvajúca do apríla 2023.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis mainly deals with the exhibition excursion of the sculptor Mária Bartuszová (1936 - 1996) and the curatorial approach related to her abstract work. The work focuses on four selected exhibitions of a domestic and global nature, theoretically examines their historical context and compares them to each other. The selected exhibitions take different stylistic directions of the artist because they are tied to different periods. The same works of the sculptor appear at the same time in several exhibitions, due to which we can observe differences in the curatorial approach. The exhibition units selected for this work are Mária Bartuszová, sculpural work I. 1962/1987, SZVU, Košice; Contemporary Slovak fine arts and photography , Praha, 1991; The path to organic sculpture at SNG, in Bratislava in 2005, and overseas exhibition of global importance at Tate Modern in London, running until April 2023.
