This thesis deals with the pragmatic linguistics in newspaper articles of the periodical El Mundo, specifically in the news headlines mentioned periodical published in Spain and El Salvador. Tato magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá pragmatickou lingvistikou v novinových článcích periodika El Mundo, konkrétně v titulcích zpráv zmíněného periodika publikovaného ve Španělsku a v El Salvadoru.
