Influence of mineral nutrition on growth of sundews subgenera Drosera and Phycopsis

Abstract:

Cílem práce bylo zjistit vliv koncentrace minerální výživy na růst druhů Drosera binata a Drosera capensis. V pokusu bylo pouţito vícesložkové minerální hnojivo o koncentracích 0,2 g/l, 0,4 g/l, 0,6 g/l, 0,8 a 1,0 g/l, každou koncentrací byla hnojena skupina 15 rostlin po dobu 6 měsíců. Výsledky byly statisticky vyhodnoceny. Hnojené rostliny v porovnání s nehnojenou kontrolou rostly lépe, Drosera binata reagovala nejlépe na koncentraci 0,4 g/l, Drosera capensis na koncentraci 0,6 g/l. Práce zahrnuje rešerši literárních údajů týkajících se taxonomie, morfologie, výskytu, pěstování a minerální výživy rodu Drosera a obou vybraných druhů.

Abstract:

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of concentration of mineral nutrition on growth of species Drosera binata and Drosera capensis. In the experiment was used a compound mineral fertilizer with concentrations of 0.2 g/l, 0.4 g/l, 0.6 g/l, 0.8 and 1.0 g/l. Each groups of 15 plants were fertilized for 6 months with one of these concentrations. The results were statistically evaluated. Fertilized plants compared with unfertilized control grew better, Drosera binata responded best to a concentration of 0.4 g/l, Drosera capensis to the concentration of 0.6 g/l. The work includes a literature search on the taxonomy, morphology, occurrence, cultivation and mineral nutrition of the genus Drosera and two chosen species.
